PM Joins Janmashtami Greetings Programme With Hindu Community
Prime Minister Tarique Rahman joined a programme to exchange greetings with Hindu community on the occasion of Janmashtami at Osmani Memorial Auditorium today.
Prime Minister Tarique Rahman today joined a programme to exchange greetings with prominent members of the Hindu community on the occasion of Janmashtami and distribute honorariums among priests and sebaits.
The Prime Minister walked from his office at the Bangladesh Secretariat to the Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the capital to attend the programme as the chief guest at 10:00am.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Hindu Religious Welfare Trust jointly organised the programme.
Leading representatives of the Hindu community, religious leaders, eminent citizens, and priests and sebaits from different parts of the country are attending the event.
