Power supply has been disrupted in parts of Dhaka and Chattogram due to technical glitches, the Power Division said on Tuesday.

In an urgent press release in the afternoon , it said restoration work is underway on an emergency basis and electricity has already been restored in most affected areas.

It expressed hope that power supply to the remaining areas would be restored shortly and apologised to consumers for the temporary inconvenience, reports UNB.
