Dhaka, Riyadh eye deeper aviation partnership

Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia today discussed ways to deepen bilateral cooperation in the field of civil aviation, with a focus on joint initiatives and sectoral expansion.


The discussion took place as Charge d'Affaires of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Dhaka, Abdulaziz Fahad M Alibrahim, paid a courtesy call on Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) Chairman Air Vice Marshal Md Monjur Kabir Bhuiyan at the CAAB headquarters.

During the meeting, both sides explored opportunities for enhancing mutual interests and forging new collaborations in emerging aviation-related sectors, said a press release.

They also exchanged views on expanding technical cooperation and improving airport services through sustained engagement and strategic partnerships, reports BSS.
