AFD Presents Piano Recital by Students of Piano Workshop

Piano recital presented by Alliance Francaise Dhaka on Friday.

Alliance Française de Dhaka successfully presented a Piano Recital featuring the students of its Piano Workshop on 5 December 2025 at Café la Véranda. The event served as a platform for young learners to demonstrate their musical development through a thoughtfully curated programme encompassing classical compositions, contemporary works, and diverse stylistic interpretations.

Throughout the evening, the audience was treated to a diverse repertoire that highlighted both technical skill and artistic sensitivity. Each performance reflected the students’ growing confidence and the depth of their musical learning. The Piano Workshop at Alliance Française de Dhaka is coordinated by Shirajus Salekin, an accomplished pianist and educator trained at the Royal School of Music, London. Under his guidance, participants receive a balanced foundation in theory, technique, and performance, exploring multiple genres in an encouraging and supportive environment.
