New Faces Set to Take Two Top Administrative Posts
The government is preparing to appoint new officials to two key positions in Bangladesh’s administration—the Cabinet Secretary and the Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration.

The Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration oversees major aspects of the civil service, including postings, transfers, personnel management and administrative policy.
The expected changes come as the government seeks to strengthen coordination, improve administrative efficiency and streamline the civil service.
