Chattogram, Oct 8 – Police in a drive arrested four people in connection with their alleged involvement in shooting a businessman after ambushing his private car at Madunaghat in Hathazari upazila, from different parts of Chattogram district on Wednesday.
Kazi Tarek Aziz, additional superintendent of Chattogram (Hathazari circle), said the arrestees are being interrogated.
Earlier on Tuesday, Abdul Hakim, a businessman and a BNP activist of Raozan upazila, was killed as the miscreants ambushed his private car and opened fire on him at Madunaghat area of the upazila.
