Snakebite kills girl in Jhenaidah

A girl died of snakebite at Paka village in Sadar upazila of the district today.

 
The victim was Rabeya Khatun, 15, daughter of Abdullah Hossain, of the village.
 
Locals said a poisonous snake bit Rabeya at 8pm last night at her residence. She was admitted to Sadar hospital. She died at 8am today, reports BSS. 

Sadar Hospital duty doctor Meftahul Jannat confirmed the incident.
