Man electrocuted in Netrokona

A man died after being electrocuted at his house in Baroruhi village of Bishkakuni union under Purbadhala upazila of the district last night.
 
The deceased, Bazlul Haque Hira, 51, son of the late Ali Haider, came into contact with a live electric wire while attempting to connect an IPS line at midnight, confirmed M Nurul Alam, Officer-in-Charge of Purbadhola Police Station.

Family members rushed him to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital, where on-duty doctor declared him dead at 12:45am, reports BSS.
