US Business Delegation to Visit Bangladesh Next Week

A 45-member delegation representing 25 leading US companies will visit Bangladesh toward the end of next week, Prime Minister's Adviser and Spokesman Mahdi Amin announced on Saturday.
He made the announcement while briefing reporters on the meeting between Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and US Special Envoy for South and Central Asian Affairs Sergio Gor.
The meeting took place at the Prime Minister's Office in Tejgaon, Dhaka.
Mahdi Amin did not disclose further details about the delegation's itinerary or the companies taking part in the visit.
The upcoming visit is expected to further strengthen economic engagement and business cooperation between Bangladesh and the United States.
