BNP Standing Committee committee meeting held
A meeting of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Standing Committee was held at the party Chairperson's political office at Gulshan here tonight.
BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman virtually presided over the meeting.
The meeting was informed that Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus will hold a meeting with BNP tomorrow afternoon.
In the meeting, BNP set its agenda on the issue of announcing a specific roadmap for the elections. Besides, BNP leaders also discussed the issue of a meeting with the Consensus Commission with importance.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee Members Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, Barrister Zamir Uddin Sarkar, Mirza Abbas, Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, Nazrul Islam Khan, Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, Iqbal Hasan Mahmud Tuku, Salahuddin Ahmed and Selima Rahman were present on the occasion, reports BSS.
Standing Committee members Dr Moyeen Khan and Dr AZM Zahid Hossain joined virtually.
