Attorney General Md Asaduzzaman

Attorney General Md. Asaduzzaman reaffirmed today that despite any conspiracies, including those from Delhi, the government will ensure the killers of the fascist regime face justice.

Speaking at the first reunion of Jarip Biswas Degree College in Shailkupa, Jhenaidah, Asaduzzaman strongly stated, "No matter how much conspiracies are hatched, we will bring the fascist murderers to justice." He added that no plot could deter the country's people from demanding this trial.

The Attorney General emphasized the need to repay the blood debt owed to the martyrs of the July Uprising, who fought to free the country from fascism. He further claimed that a week before Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina fled to India, she secretly signaled her relatives to leave, abandoning many Awami League leaders and activists to face danger.

Asaduzzaman also criticized Hasina for her provocative speeches from Kolkata, calling for a movement against corruption. "We have sworn on the blood of Shaheed Abu Sayeed, Shaheed Mugdho, and Shaheed Anas to ensure that the trial of Hasina and her cohorts is held on Bangladeshi soil," he said. "Even if it costs us our lives, we will make sure justice is served, regardless of external interference."

The event was presided over by Mahidul Islam, a former student of the college, with Professor Dr. Nakib Muhammad Nasrullah, Vice-Chancellor of Islamic University, also in attendance.
