OIC Condemns Terrorist Attack in Bannu District of Pakistan

The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a police post in the Bannu area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in north-western Pakistan, which resulted in the deaths and injuries of a number of security personnel.

The General Secretariat extends its sincere condolences and sympathy to the Government and people of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and to the families of the victims, wishes a speedy recovery to the injured, and reaffirms its solidarity with Pakistan in the face of terrorism and violence. It also reiterates the OIC’s firm stance rejecting terrorism and extremism in all their forms and manifestations. – OIC News
