Nuclear fuel delivery for Rooppur Unit-2 to begin in October: Rosatom

The delivery of nuclear fuel for Unit-2 of the Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant is scheduled to begin in October 2026, according to a statement received here today.
The statement issued by Rosatom yesterday said that the fuel delivery will continue through December, with the supplies expected to be completed by the end of December, reports BSS.
The fuel will be shipped in several consignments by air in accordance with the terms of the contract and the project schedule, the Russian state nuclear corporation said.
