The authorities have rescued 10 tourists inside the Sundarbans under Satkhira .



The authorities have rescued 10 tourists inside the Sundarbans under Satkhira district.
A special team rescued them after an operation of five hours from the deep forest area around 10.00pm on Friday.
Shyamnagar UNO Mohammad Akhter Hossain confirmed the news.
According to sources, a team of 10 tourists from Sharsha upazila in Jashore went to Kalagachia Eco-Tourism Centre by trawler. But they could not return as they lost ways. Fuel in their trawler also finished.
At one stage, they phoned the UNO seeking help. Later, he sent a team to rescue them.
