DHAKA, January 12, 2026 – U.S. Ambassador-Designate to Bangladesh Brent T. Christensen and his wife, Mrs. Deanne Dao, arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA), Dhaka, on January 12, 2026.

I look forward to strengthening the ties between our two countries to advance peace and prosperity in the region.
