National Press Club associate member and public relations personality Khandaker Rashidul Haque Naba is no more. He passed away at his residence in Dhaka last night (Innalillahi wa inna ilaihe rajeun). He was suffering from various old-age-related diseases including diabetes, heart problems. He was 80. He is survived by a son and two daughters, numerous relatives, colleagues and well-wishers.

National Press Club President Hasan Hafiz and General Secretary Ayub Bhuiyan have expressed deep shock and sorrow over the death of Khandaker Rashidul Haque Naba. In a statement, the leaders prayed for the eternal peace of the deceased and expressed their deepest condolences to his bereaved family members. - JPC Press release
