Uccharon Band, Azam Khans Family, and Cool Exposure sign Tri-Party Deal

A Tri-Party Agreement has been signed among the legendary rock icon Azam Khan’s iconic band ‘Uccharon’, Azam Khan’s family, and Cool Exposure Communications.

The signing ceremony took place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, in a private gathering at Dhanmondi, Dhaka, attended by all members of Uccharon, the band’s sound engineer Shovon, and manager Ejaz Rahman. The agreement was signed by Dulal Zoha, Band Leader of Uccharon; Orni Khan, daughter of Azam Khan, on behalf of the family; and Ershadul Huq Tinku, CEO of Cool Exposure Communications.

As per the agreement, Azam Khan’s family will retain all copyrights and ownership of his name, image, and musical creations; Uccharon will continue performing and promoting his songs; while Cool Exposure will oversee media publicity, royalty management, concerts, and other commercial activities.

Band Leader Dulal Zoha stated, “This agreement is not just for Uccharon—it’s a historic step toward reviving and presenting Azam Khan’s musical legacy to the world. We aim to take his timeless songs beyond Bangladesh to the international stage.”

Current Lineup of Uccharon:

 Dulal Zoha (Vocal & Rhythm Guitar), Peyaru Khan (Vocal & Percussion), Sekandar Ahmed Khoka (Bass Guitar), Partha Majumdar (Lead Guitar), Prem (Keyboard), and Bappy (Drums).

Uccharon is preparing for a series of live concerts both in Bangladesh and abroad next year. In addition, several television live performances are set to air from this month.

It is noteworthy that with the collaboration of Channel i and Impress Telefilm, Uccharon continues its mission to revive and promote Azam Khan’s musical legacy for new generations and global audiences. – Press release
